Due to essential system upgrades the council is unable to process any payments for a PCN from 4pm on Friday 30th October 2026 until 9am on Tuesday 3 November 2026.

Changes are being made to ensure that the value of outstanding PCNs does not progress during this period. If you have been prevented from making a payment during this period and the charge has now increased, please contact the council on 01225 477133.

You will need the following information to complete the process:

• The notice number that was issued.
• The vehicle registration number that was issued the notice.
• Your contact details.
• Payment card details, either credit or debit cards are accepted.

The notice number and vehicle registration number can be found on the front of the charge notice or correspondence you have received.

All fields are required unless labelled as optional.
